Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 23.0.

(b) Multicultural a cceptance had a positive correlation with empathy ability (r = 0.43, p< 0.001), human rights sensitivity (r = 0.44, p< 0.001). (c) Factors influencing multi?cultural acceptance were identified as following; empathy ability (¥â= 0.34, p< 0.001), human rights sensitivity (¥â= 0.32, p< 0.001), and aging (¥â= -0.18, p= 0.003) with 31.8% explanatory power.
Conclusions: In this study, it was found that empathy ability and human rights sensitivity have positive effect on multicultural acceptance among nursing students, whereas aging has negative effect.
